I'm Neal Reyes, The Entrepreneurs' Pastor, and I'm glad you're at the table. This week I'm bringing you two distinct words again. One for your faith and one for your leadership. Let's get into it.

This Week's Word

The Opening: The Night God Showed Me What My Son Needed

It was late. My wife Katie had already gone to sleep. I was sitting in our bedroom with my phone out, watching something before bed. But I could not shake what was weighing on me.

My son Titus, who had rarely ever been sick a day in his life, had been dealing with something that none of us could figure out. He had gotten the flu, then strep throat, one round of antibiotics after another, and then what seemed like the flu kept coming back, over and over again. His school was calling about missed days. The principal mentioned truancy. And I could not give him any answers because I did not have any.

That night I put my phone down and got quiet before God. I said, "Lord, I need to know what is going on with my son Titus. Your Word says you will give wisdom to he who asks for wisdom, and Your Word also says you are faithful to see the end from the beginning. Lord, I'm asking you to please give me wisdom to see the end from the beginning so I can understand what is going on with my son Titus. Lord, I submit myself to you according to Romans 8:26, 27, and 28, and I'm yielding myself to the Holy Spirit to pray through me for the answers I need, in Jesus Name."

And God was faithful. He began to speak to me on the inside, clear and specific. He showed me what was happening in Titus's body. He told me to look up a specific set of symptoms. I pulled up my phone and went through them one by one, and the vast majority matched exactly what my son had been dealing with. He then told me that Titus was dealing with a gluten sensitivity.

Now, if you have ever known someone with this, you know that it can take months upon months for doctors to even figure out what they are looking at. But God knew. In one conversation, late at night, He gave me the answer in minutes.

The next morning I sat down with Katie over coffee and told her I was going to read her a list of symptoms and I wanted her to tell me if she thought this was what Titus was dealing with. She confirmed it. Then we went into his room, read him the same list, and he confirmed it too. Out of the mouth of two or three witnesses.

We made an appointment with our doctor, I shared everything the Lord had shown me, and they ran the blood work. A couple of days later, they called back and confirmed exactly what God had already told me. Gluten sensitivity. We followed the instruction of the Lord and the advice of the doctor. We cut out all the gluten, eliminated the sugar which was causing inflammation, added probiotics, and watched my son's body begin to restore.

I am sharing that story with you today not to impress you with what God told me, but to impress upon you what God can do for you. He is no respecter of persons. He spoke to me because I went before Him and inquired. And He will do the same for you.

Part One: God Is Redeeming Your Health

We are in Part 2 of our series Redeemed: Taking Back What Was Lost on Champion's Walk, and this week we covered something that I believe is going to unlock a new level of faith for you in the area of your health.

Here is a question I want you to sit with before we go any further. When something goes wrong in your body, what do you pray for?

Most believers immediately pray for healing. And that is right. The healing power of God is real, it is available, and it belongs to you. But what I want to show you today is that healing is not the only thing God has made available. He also offers restoration and renewal. And sometimes what your body needs is restoration, not healing.

Jeremiah 30:17 NKJV says this: For I will restore health to you and heal your wounds, says the Lord. There are two distinct things in that one verse. Restore health. And heal your wounds. God addressed both in the same breath because He knows there are times a body needs healing, and there are times it needs restoration. He made provision for both.

Faith Anchor #1: The same God who heals is the same God who restores.

Now I want to take you to the healing side of this first, because the foundation needs to be solid before we build on it.

Exodus 15:26 NKJV tells us that God said, I am the Lord who heals you. This is actually one of the first names of God revealed in Scripture. Jehovah Rapha. The God who heals. And what I want you to understand about this name is that it is not past tense. He did not say I was the God who healed. He said I am the Lord who heals you. Present tense. Active. Right now.

Isaiah 53:5 NKJV takes it even deeper. He was wounded for our transgressions. He was bruised for our iniquities. The chastisement for our peace was upon Him. And by His stripes we are healed.

This was written as prophecy hundreds of years before Jesus fulfilled it. And what I want you to understand is that the healing spoken of in Isaiah 53 was accomplished before Jesus even hung on the cross for your sins. When Jesus took the lashes on His back, it was those very stripes that paid the price for your healing. The cross was for your salvation. By His stripes, the healing was already done.

Faith Anchor #2: By His stripes you were healed. That means it is already done.

You are not waiting for God to heal you. He already provided for your healing. What you are doing is receiving what has already been finished. There is a difference between asking God to do something and receiving what He has already done. And when you shift your identity from someone waiting for healing to someone who is the healed, things begin to shift and change within your life.

Psalms 103:2-5 NKJV adds another dimension. Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all His benefits. Who forgives all your iniquities, who heals all your diseases. Not some of your diseases. All of them. God is faithful to heal and restore your body.

And 3 John 2 NKJV closes it with this: Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health just as your soul prospers.

Faith Anchor #3: God already made provision for what you need, even before you knew you would need it.

That is not just a health principle. That is a life principle. Whatever area you are believing God for right now, He has already made provision for it. He is not scrambling to figure out your situation. He saw it before you did. And He already prepared the answer.

Whether you are walking in perfect health today and this word is building your foundation, or you are in the middle of a battle for your health and this word is your lifeline, know this. God is faithful. He heals. He restores. He renews. And He is working on your behalf right now.

Part Two: Confidence Speaks Before You Open Your Mouth

Now let me bring you the second word for today, and I want you to think about someone you know who walks into a room and immediately changes the atmosphere. Not because they said anything. Not because they were the loudest. Just because of how they carried themselves.

That is what confidence does. And today I want to show you how to build it.

Here is the first thing I need you to understand. Confidence is not arrogance. Confidence is alignment. When you are aligned with who you are, what you know, and what you are called to do, you stop performing for the room and start showing up for your purpose. And when you carry confidence well, you do not have to chase attention. Attention finds you.

Confidence also starts internally. Not externally. You cannot walk into a store and pick it up off a shelf. It is not something you can borrow from someone else for long enough to get the job done. It has to be built from the inside out.

Leadership Truth Bomb #1: You do not need to be the loudest in the room to be the one that people listen to.

True confidence is not loud. It is settled. When you are settled on the inside, it does not matter what people say on the outside. You do not need the validation. You do not need the applause. You are already decided on who you are and what you bring to the table.

And here is something that matters more than most people realize. Confidence is built on self trust and clarity of purpose. When you trust yourself and you know why you are doing what you are doing, confidence is a natural byproduct. It is not manufactured. It grows.

Leadership Truth Bomb #2: Confidence speaks before you open your mouth. It is felt, not forced.

Your posture, your eye contact, the tone of your voice, the pace at which you speak, all of it communicates before your first word lands. People are reading you before you start talking. And when you walk in, settled, grounded, and clear, they feel that. You cannot fake that over time. But you can build it.

Now I want to speak to someone who feels like they are not there yet. Who feels like confidence is something other people have but not them. I want to tell you something I have learned from years of coaching leaders, executives, and entrepreneurs.

Leadership Truth Bomb #3: Sometimes the appearance of confidence is the bridge that carries you to real confidence.

This is not fake it until you make it. This is embodiment. You already know who you need to be. You already know what you have been called to do. The gap between where you are and where you need to be is not knowledge. It is practice. Get in front of the camera. Step on the stage. Walk into the room. Put in the reps. Because the more reps you put in, the more the confidence catches up to the courage it took to step out in the first place.

The things you do in private are the things that will show up in public. Prepare in private. Show up in public. And here is the thing about opportunities. They rarely wait.

Leadership Truth Bomb #4: Confidence does not guarantee the door opens. But it gets you to knock.

If no one answers today, come back tomorrow. But keep knocking. Because confident people get noticed. They are trusted. They are remembered. And insecure people, through no fault of their own, miss the opportunities that were already prepared for them simply because they never stepped forward to receive them.

You have greatness on the inside of you. Stop waiting until you feel fully ready. Step out. Put in the reps. Build the confidence in real time. And knock on every door that belongs to your purpose.

Take This With You

This week I want you to do two things, one for each word we covered today.

On the faith side, read Isaiah 53:5 and Jeremiah 30:17 slowly this week. Then ask yourself honestly: am I receiving what God has already finished, or am I still waiting for Him to do something He has already done? Shift your confession. You are not waiting for healing. You are the healed. Speak it that way.

On the leadership side, identify one area where insecurity has been keeping you from knocking. Maybe it is that idea you have not pitched, the video you have not recorded, the room you have not walked into. Make a decision this week to step toward it. You do not have to feel fully ready. You just have to knock. Confidence will follow.
